You will need to make an appointment beforehand and there is usually a waiting list so most weddings can only take place one to three weeks later. You can marry anywhere, though, so it's up to you to find a place that can marry you when you wish. Please also note that just like in Denmark each wedding authority can have their own requirements on what kind of documentation that will be accepted.

Why would you think you would need to remain in Sweden until the date you can actually marry?

I looked around and it states that after giving notice it takes 21 days or more for them to give a date. So I thought you need to stay somewhere in Sweden so they can notify you.

If you give a phone number or email that will work fine. But the 3 weeks are needed to secure the documents to prove you are not married already. It's not for the actual set up of the wedding ceremony. And if you bring your documents to them from abroad, I somehow doubt they need 3 weeks to find out that they are authentic.

I just got a response from my embassy that they dont issue a Certificate of No Impediment. What should I do?

Do you guys think if I can get this signed by embassy will be enough as certificate of non marriage?

I also got a reply that they dont issue to birth certifcates at all. The only think they can do is they can verify if one is single or not. Any advice what should I do,

You can both get the necessary documents from your Danish 'Borgerservice' - make sure you tell them it is to get married in Sweden, not DK.

Since your girlfriend is not Danish, you will not need to live in Sweden, all you need is to get married.

If sweden does not work out, I suggest getting married in Georgia (the country).

There you only need your passport to get married, my wife and I did that, and now live in Denmark on family reunification.

I went today to the kommune and they issued me a letter with my address, CPR number and stating I am registered as single.

Is that good enough?

Should be but nobody but the Swedish authorities where you intend to marry can tell you exactly what will be sufficient.

i got a reply from they need marriage license.

"Hi,
to apply for a Hindersprövning in Sweden you both need to visit one of our offices and present your passports and a certificate of civilstatus (marriage license).
But if you do a Hindersprövning in Denmark it will be valid in Sweden too.

to get marriage license you need a residence permit in denmark. My embassy doesnt issue that stuff and I got only a letter stating that i am single.
