What shall i do to get the health card`?

I guess that depends on, what the grounds were for refusing it? You have not provided sufficient information for anyone to voice a qualified opinon about that. To give qualified advice about what to do about a refusal, it is very helpfull and almost a necessity to read the refusal letter first. Försäkringskassan has probably on file that your husband was working in Denmark. Since he is no longer working in Denmark but is now working in Sweden, it's important that he changes his status in order for you to be able to be eligible for the Swedish health insurance scheme. Once your husband has informed Försäkringskassan of his new job and has been accepted by Försäkringskassan as eligible in the Swedish health insurance system, you should be eligible as well.
