Hello! What rights do i have if i want the divorce of my danish husband? I had a danish child of 9 months and i would like to stay in Denmark.I am from latinamerica.

You will most likely be granted residence permit IF either you or your husband has your child living with you, and the one who hasn't, regularly uses his/her visiting rights with the child.
The visits should be 'ordinary', as according to the age of the child. For children as young as yours, most likely it would be seen as ordinary if the visits happen a couple of times weekly for a few hours in the home of the parent, who has the child living with him/her, then gradually over 3 months transfers to visit of the same frequency and length in the home of the other, preferably with both of you present. Then a couple of times a week for longer periods (5-6 hours) until the child seems to be comfortable enough with the visits to spend a night.
For the very young children: short but frequent visits.
For older (2 years and up) less frequent but longer visits.
