Dear Staff and all you followers of this forum!
Me and my family really needs your help and advise regarding our concern of moving back to Denmark while I holding Swedish permanent resident permit.
I went through many comments in the forum but I really could not find the exact answer of our question.
My wife is a Danish Resident and has been living in Sweden for 4 years whereas I have been living in Sweden for 2.5 years, now we want to go back to Denmark.
Our questions are as follows:
- What exactly do I need to do in order to move to Denmark with my family?
- What rule to use in our situation (a link please where I can read for both rules EU and normal rule)?
- Do I need to apply for Danish resident permit, who to contact first and where to begin?
Personally I can speak quite high level of Danish language as I have worked for Danish Army outside Denmark for 8 years. Also for the time living in Sweden I have learned Swedish at school at time. I also hold a Master Degree from England.
Your advice will be extremely important for us right now?!
