Hi, I am a Brazilian married with a Danish for 2,5 years now. Our relations has changed a lot since the beginning and a divorce is very close. We have a 1,5 years old toddler and we share all the work at home with and in case of a divorce I will be able to see my daughter all I want. I wrote about it before and apparently my visa will not be revoked if we (I and my wife) agree that I will see our daughter as much as I want. However, I am doing my master degree and I may finish it in around 8 months from now. The question is: Will I have the right to finish my education if we get divorced? Will the fact that I do not have a job influence on the visa? How much can I be sure my visa will not be revoked if we divorce?
