Two non-Danes, family reunification visa, SU

Hi all,

I can write in Danish but will do it in English should any foreigner google the same keywords as the title Couldn't find the exact same situation (two non-Danes) elsewhere so am trying here, but apologies if asked before.

Situation:
I'm Dutch, been in Denmark for some 8 years and will in April have permanent residence + 3 years. My girlfriend is from Venezuela (> 24 y.o.) and we are thinking of using the family reunification visa to allow here to stay in DK. Yes, I know that requires marrying I fulfill all requirements and have been employed in Denmark for the last 5 years (before that student, i.e. never have needed public funds, except free education hehe).

Query:
If she gets the visa under family reunification, does she fall under tuition free education as well? And SU? The rules seem to hint at that, but I'm not sure, also because I'm not Danish so not sure if all rules apply to our situation.

If you marry, your wife will be treated equal with an EU citizen. That means free education. To receive the Danish SU, it requires that either you or her has been employed in Denmark before taking up studies.

It says you must have lived. Is that mean before marriage you must have lived together?

No, it means the couple must have lived together while the EU national was an employee in Denmark.

My wife is a student and working part time. I worked for 4 years parttime. If she is working parttime does that make me qualified for SU?

I got marry in Denmark and I have been living with my wife from almost one year I applied for Danish residence permit in january 2015 we have 8 months but still no result we called many times to ministerium and all the time they say your result will come soon it's like they are playing with us they torture us I request you please help me in this situation what should I do should I have advocate and if you know good advocate so tell me I will be thankful to you
