Visa for new born baby

I have Permanent residence and rule say in Denmark for family reunification person must have to wait 3 year after PR then apply for it and my 3 year still not completed..
My question is
if I cannot apply family reunification for wife until 3 year completed this rule also apply for new born baby from non eu country? Because I heard from 1 friend that father can take his real child(in Denmark) if mother give permission(but I am not sure now) if this possible so which visa foam will be use for it? and for apply this visa(if possible) need some more specific requirements?

The answer is: you can apply. Whether your child will be granted residence or not can nobody tell you, except the authorities. Read the info here:
