Hello,my husband is from Cuba and I'm spanish living in DK. What should I do first to bring him here? Should we apply for the family reunification or should we ask for the visum and do all this when he is here ? What do you recommend?
If we start with the visum as a married couple (in the swedish embassy in Cuba) do they also ask for the return flight-ticket ???

There is no need to apply for residence card, before he has arrived in Denmark, and maybe it is not even possible, since it need to be done via a swedish embassy.
The correct procedure is to apply for a visa, which must be issued free of charge, because it concerns the right to free movement in EU. It is important, that he fill out section 33 and 34 on the application form to give the embassy that information.
After his arrival he must apply for a residence card at Statsforvaltningen, like you applied for registration card yourself.
