APPLICATION FOR FAMILY REUNIFICATION UNDER THE EU LAWS

My BF is Danish and We are Going to married in Sweden due to the danish Strict Laws because I am an illegal immigrant .. my question is , Can we Apply for residents permit under the EU laws Instead Of Using the Danish one ? If Yes , How Can we Do That And Do I have to go home when applying under the EU residents Permit Application?

Please ask your Danish partner to read the section in Danish on the website under the menu option "Rådgivning" at the top of the page. You can read there that you can simply move to Sweden and live once you are married to a Danish citizen.
