applying for residence visa(Spouse)

Hello everyone, since the plan of moving to denmark is not a good solution for him to stay since there are lots of things to consider, th. We have planned that he must go home and apply for residence visa in philippines, as I observed lots of applicants of a resindence visa really waits too long but some says that it depends on how complete the papers are. . They also said that the fastest way is to apply it online ,I tried to look on the migrationsverket link in how to apply but I cant make it through. Please of somebody knows what to do please help us, before he go back to philippines we can complete the papers he needed so he can apply it on the soonest he go home. your reply is highly appreciated.
