registration of marriage contract

dear sirs or madams
i have an issue that makes me really confused. me and my polish wife got married in morocco in a court and our marriage contract was legalized by the court and notary and by the ministry of foreign affairs of morocco and i am in sweden with a tourist visa and we applied for family reunification with european laws . my wife did not register herself as married yet in skatteverket and also some friend are telling me that our marriage contract should be legalized by an embassy in morocco .my questions are :
1- will the immigration refuse giving me a residence card coz my wife did not inform skattevrket that she is married?
2- will they require marriage contract to be legalized and if yes by which embassy swedish or polish taking in consideration the fact that my wife does not have swedish citiznehsip or permanent residence ?

1) Hopefully not since they need to carry out their own evaluation of, if a marriage exist or not, rather than rely on another swedish authority.

2) The swedish embassasy in Marocco is the one, that can legalize your marriage contract, since you were married in Marocco, and the paper is going to be used in Sweden. And yes Migrationsverket will likely require that.
