Refusal of family reunification

Hi everyone I have a question who else here got an opportunity to appeal from the danish immigration board? We got refusal in a reason of adequate size of the apartment so now we can appeal but my wife tourist is only till Saturday June 28 2014 we are like panic we got the result last week Friday , please your ideas are very welcome how to appeal and make it stronger no time to find another apartment but were on it what to???

Can i used European convention human Rights on our appeal sektion 1 article 8 right to respekt for private and family life and article 14 prohibition of discrimination to our appeal

Sorry its kind a one by one my questions my wife is from philippines and we didnt Got a 1 dispensation of the requirements our case the housing rulles because our son is so young to have a strong ties in dk but his a legal residence of dk and residing with me and participating dk aktivitets like vuggestue thats why we cannot just move to philippines also i Got the job and we prefer here to live here at dk , is there anyway we Can be able to appeal our case:( im Danish anyway...

i want to add one more question related to above question...that how much house size requirement to apply family reunification...for example i have 2 rooms apartment so how many peoples can register there officially...if i want to apply for family reunification for my wife...thanks
