Hello everyone,
I have few questions about a danish person who lives in Sweden and works in Denmark.
1. If that person loses his job in Denmark, does he lose his right of residence in Sweden?
2. If that person decided to study in Sweden, does he receive student aid from Sweden or Denmark?
3. Is there any requirements for a danish person who wants to study in Sweden? (Like pass a swedish language test or any other things of some sort)
4. Worst case scenario, if the danish person who lives in Sweden loses his job in Denmark and couldnt find job/study in Sweden, what should that person do in this case? Does he normally loses his right of residence in Sweden or he's entitled to receive social benefits from Sweden even thought he's danish citizen?
5. A family member of a danish citizen with a temporary residence permit under swedish rules, is that non eu person who is married to a danish person under risk of losing her residence permit just because the danish spouse loses his job in denmark? putting into consideration that the permit for the non eu citizen is under swedish rules.
Thank you so much in advance.

Re: Danish rights in Sweden
Regarding point 2. If by "aid" you mean scholarship/study grant, a Dane who studies in Sweden should apply for the Danish study grant from SU-styrelsen. It's only if the Dane has been working in Sweden that he/she can qualify also for the Swedish study grant. But since the Danish one is a higher amount, qualifying for the Swedish one is not so attractive.
