Tourist visa to visit my husband in Denmark

Indlæg af Jesper&Anna » 14.10.2013 03:38:05

Hello Friends,,

This is my problems so far,

1. I was an aupair in DK.
2. Got married with a danish guy, apply a spouse visa and got "rejected."
3. The Immigration sent me home in Philippines.
4. I applied a student visa in DK, paid the tuition fee & everything but got "rejected again".
5.We "APPEAL our spouse visa" but got rejected again and again.

This site helped us to get some ideas to be reunited again. Thank You..

1. Moving in sweden and apply an EU rules.
2. Now my husband and I is on the waiting list to have an apartment in sweden.
3. We plan to live in Sweden while my husband still be working in DK.

Problem:
I was sent home in Philippines last July 2013. And its been a while we haven't seen each other. I really wanted to see him in person, and not just over skype only. :( .. We celebrate our first wedding anniversary over skype, :( , my birth day and his birth day :( Its really been a tough days for both of us. ,

Since I got so many rejection from the immigration I am afraid and paranoid to apply another visa in Denmark again. My husband and I plan for me to visit him using a tourist visa in DK for 90 days.

I like to ask your opinion what are the possibilities that they will reject me if i applied a tourist visa?

It depends, if you have exceeded any of your previous stays, of if you applied for a residence permit other than family reunification while in Denmark. In any of these cases you might have been given 3-5 years of visa quarentine to Denmark. But if you don`t have visa quarentine, a visa can be given to visit your spouse in Denmark.

When my spouse visa was rejected, The immigration given me one week with specific date to moveout in denmark and return home, Which I did. I dont have any over stay record.

1. So, do you think my past rejection of visa like spouse visa and student visa will not affect when I apply my tourist visa back to denmark?
2, And If I got a tourist visa for 90 days in Denmark, Am I allowed to move in with my husband in sweden and apply a spouse visa in sweden? Without going back home? Or I will still going back home in Philippines and apply the visa before I can move in with my husband in sweden?

Sorry, but is I just me who reads this and finds it completely and utterly frightening and ridiculous. I know there have to be rules to protect the European countries from almos invasion from anybody who wants to have the possibility to heighten their living standard. But when I read this post I'm absolutely shocked and stunned. Clearly this is not a couple who are trying to cheat the system in any way, they are just two people who have found love in each other and are trying to create a normal life together. Why then do the rules not make any exceptions. Why do the rules not have room for personal intervention from the authorities. Why is there not a few people employed in each country to look personally at some cases, look at them with real human eyes and thoughts. I mean under the financial crisis there was plenty money to be found. A few million euros to employ some sensible people to look into some cases and realise that these unfortunate couples are only guilty of living in the wrong countries.
Many of the employees of the state are blind and without feeling. How would they feel having to spend their first wedding anniversary via skype. Come on Denmark. Get a grip!!!!
The reason that this shocked me so much is of course that I also have recently met the most wonderful woman I could possibly imagine, and we are most definitely planning a life together. But I didn't realise before now how stupidly difficult it is. I have read these pages and thought to myself, jeeez this is hard! And long, and complicated. I'm just a normal guy, self employed malermester, reasonable income, home owner, maybe 40 50 k savings, no kids, just an average joe. But I'm really worried that the Danish state will make this so difficult for me that it will take all the romance from finding the woman you love and starting an honest and productive life together with her.
This post is out of pure frustration,
And to the loving couple, I seriously apologise on the behalf of my country. I'm embarrassed. And I hope soon you find a way to be together.
