Family Reunification

I am EU citizen (not Danish), living and working in Denmark. I am getting married with a 21 years girl from Vietnam.

And there is a 24 years rule for Danish citizen (I am over 24 , but she is only 21)...

Does it valid that rule for us as well?

Can I apply Family Reunification/residence card to my wife as spouse of an EU citizen living in Denmark ?

Yes as an EU citizen you simply register your wife at Statsforvaltningen and provided you can support yourself and your wife you will have no trouble at all.

The 24-year rule does not apply when you can use the EU-rules for family reunification.
