I'm hoping some of you can help me with a problem I'm having..
Today I had called the US to get an update on my application. They told me that my application wAs deemed fully informed on June 3rd; however I had handed in my application on may 3rd and had received notification that the application was fully informed on may 10th. The problem is that I had sent them a copy of my job contract a week after they told me that my application was deemed fully informed. I did this because I had received a paper stating that if I wanted to include additional information to help our case I was welcome do do so by a certain date ;however, they stated they did not need any additional information. SO I called the US and verified with them that IF I sent a email attachment of my job contract that it would not affect my application processing time and was told that it would not delay my application and that my 3 month wait time would be from may 10th.
Now today after seeing online that my fully informed date is June 3rd I called and asked about it.she said that because I sent the job contract it made my 3month date no longer may 10!!! She told me there is nothing that they can do about it;however, I think it is completely unjust of them to be able to get away with this since it is their fault that I was incorrectly informed by their workers. I had taken the Extra step to call and ask first before I sent it to make sure this wouldn't happen, yet it did anyway.
I was wondering if anyone knew of what I could do about it ? We are in a bit of a time crunch since I am supposed to start graduate school in Cph at the end of August (but I need the residence permit/CPR) in order to study. I have not told them that i will be attending university for fear that it would give them an open gate to reject us.
Does anyone have a suggestion on what to do ????
Tak!

Re: Problems with application processing
Could they reject us based on me getting accepted into university? Like use it as proof that we had pre-planed to move back to DK and therefore reject us based on that fact?
