swedish rules about recidence-card/opholdskort
I am new in here and i read some post thats help me a lot.I have applied recidence card under eu rule in sweden last month.Now i have one question ........can i apply also recidence card under swedish rule now or is it possible ?if its possible then could be good or bad idea?look forward to hear some advice from here.

Probably yes. If it is highly likely that you will get your EU-residence card, you will be residing legally in Sweden and can apply under Swedish rules.
You should apply as if you are applying for extension of a Swedish residence permit:

Thanks your advice.I want to tell you little bit more about my situation last week i visit the immigration office to send some of papper and one guy from there he ask me you can go your home country then you can apply for recidence . I dont want to go back my country so that .......i ask can i apply for recidence card under swidish rule or is it good or bad for me.

As a basic rule those who apply for residence permit according to Swedish rules have to apply from where-ever they are residing outside of Sweden.
BUT Sweden HAS accepted that if you already HAVE some kind of residence right (student permit or EU-residence card) then you may apply while you are in Sweden. Since migrationsverket has posted advice on how to do it on their page, it means that they accept the method.
Your right to live in Sweden as a spouse of an EU-citizen will not become invalid because you apply or even get another residence right. You are still entitled to residence on the grounds of your marriage to the EU-citizen. That's why you may apply while you are in Sweden. Others have done it with success.
