Hi
I am living in denmark as per student visa and I finished my studies in january 2013 ( I am in 6th month extension period after completion of studies). I have now got full time job as IT engineer and I'm working there since january.
I had applied for working full time working permit in february and now I got a letter stating that I can not work full time until the process is done - which takes 1-2 months. But if I stop my job now, then I'd lose this job.
I am failing to understand the regulations of immigration, one of the requirements for applying was that I should have a contract which is not older than 1 month. On the other hand they expect me that I should have contract from employer, I should apply and wait for two months. Does that mean I must find such a job, where an emplyer gives me contract two months ahead and where I can start only after I get permission. It is in itself difficult to get job here as a foreigner and with this highly dimplomatic rules, I feel that it's planned such that foreigners can never work here.
Anyways back to the application, so what am I suppose to do now? Stop the job and get fired? Or continue working and get deported? I have no clear idea, any reational advice is welcomed.
Thank you
Emma
