visa again and family renufication

hi everyone here..thanks in advance for your answers
my question is ..i applied for family renufication july 2 febuuary 2012 and i got refused may 2012 and we sent a complaint to ministry of justice and the end of junaury i got refused again by the ministry of justice and i left danmark 16 days ago ...i will go to denmark again after 3 months .my questions are:
1) shall i give a proof with visa schengen application that i was legal in denmark all this time so that they wont think that i stayed illegal or they will automatically know that
2) shall my wife have a job or being a student is enough for us to apply again with this new system?what if the spouse in denmark is jobless..will that be a problem when u apply for family renufication taking in consideration that she did not get any money i mean kontant hjælp form gouvernment?

1) Your visa application will be processed by Udlændingestyrelsen, and I think they know your case already. However there can not possibly be any harm in attaching to the application a copy of the various letters, that give you "processual stay" and a final deadline to leave (which you then of course held). So I would probably do that.

2) There are no rules about that. There is only a rule, she must not have recieved kontanthjælp for the last 3 years.

Why was the first application turned down? Some of the rules have changed, but others have not. So knowing the reason is quite important to evaluate, if there is any point in applying again.

thank you fundiver for the answer..i appreciate that..they refused me because they said there are many reasons that makes my application down and they said i did not visit denmark 2 times and i did not take any danish exams .( i do not remember its name).
when i left denmark i sent the stamp in my passport to my wife and the sent it to immigration service and they got it .so i do not think they will see me illegal.

Ok then you did not fullfill the socalled "atachment demand", but that has been changed since, so you will fullfill it now. So it might be ok to apply again after the new rules, that were introduced on 15.05.2012.
