Hi Jeazel
Congratulations on the wedding plans.
Sadly you will not be allowed to extend your stay in Denmark, the authorities are very strict about that.
And about moving to Germany, there are two problems with your plans:
The first and most important is, that Germany will not let you apply for EU-family visa from within Germany, only from your home country.
(It's not legal, but they don't care about that.)
Secondly, it seems 10 weeks will probably not be enough anymore, you will need to stay there for three months at least.
My best advice is, that if you and your fiancee want to get married, do it now, if you at all can. Then start the move to Germany.
When your visa expires, travel back to the Philippines, and start applying for EU-family visa. Then you can come back to Germany, when you get that.
There are other people here that knows more about moving to Germany, it will be a good idea to ask them about procedures.
But what I just told, seems to be the general rules, if you want to succeed.
Btw, about papers: You will need a Cenomar to show the authorities, do you have that?
Otherwise you will need to get that ASAP, and it can only be done in the Philippines. Maybe, if you are lucky, the authorities will accept that your family gets it for you, and fax or email it here, but you will need to ask them.
Kind regards
Henrik
