helloo everyone
i applied for family reunification under EU rulles and as i could understand if i can fulfill the condition i would recive a resident permit for 5 years.
the thing is that i have a passport wich will be expired in a year, will i still be able to get the 5 years resident permit or i will recive one untill the date that my passport will expire?

Yes, that should not be a problem. My husbands passport will expire before his EU recident permit that was granted for 5 years.

so i will get 5 years also even if i have only a one year passport?

Yes, most likely, but you should in any circumstances renew your passport before it expires.
