The free help from a lawyer is provided to anyone and it has no connection whatsoever with local authorities.

Re: Please help me about my visa and divorce
Citizenship is governed by national law, there are no EU laws in this respect, so 2 years won't suffice.
Once you're a Danish citizen, you can live happily abroad for the rest of your life if you wish. There are no laws telling you how many days in a year you can be absent from Denmark.

Re: Please help me about my visa and divorce
Is there any chance i can move to uk or australia i mean if someone applies visa from eu state then after moving to australia/uk applies under work permit …
Can it work … ?
Can it work … ?
Re: Please help me about my visa and divorce
You can always apply for a work permit for another country. If it will be granted, I have no idea. There are no special agreements for new applicants as far as I know between EU and the UK or Australia.
Re: Please help me about my visa and divorce
A Danish citizenship will only give you special rights for residence within EU and the Nordic countries.
As for a tourist visa it will be easier to get one for some countries, but more difficult for others. To get a visa for residence/study is generally difficult regardless of your citizenship, what is important is whether you have means to support yourself, or have a sponsor.

What are the rules regarding a children or one EU national living in non EU state ?
Is there any rules regarding 18 or over 18 ?
Can one EU national bring his children in EU ?
What are the general rules ?

Re: Please help me about my visa and divorce
It depends on the citizenship of the child – is the child an EU citizen or not? Most children would have dual citizenship after both the mother and the father in cases like this but that's not always the case.
Then it's also a matter of whether the child already lives together with its parent who is an EU citizen and so is an established family unit or not. There are many angles to this so it's a tricky question.

Re: Please help me about my visa and divorce
A permanent residence can be lost if you decide to move out of the country or by verdict due to a crime.
Citizenship gives you the right to always reside in the country of your citizenship.

Re: Please help me about my visa and divorce
You follow the steps described here:
https://www.nyidanmark.dk/en-GB/Applyin ... n/EU%20TUB
It makes no difference that you got divorced, since you have been married and resided in DK the necessary period of time before the divorce. The only requirement is that you have been self-supporting and a law abiding citizen until you apply. Proof of self-support can be your annual tax return document, where your type of income is recorded.
