Dear all,
I have encountered a problem. both my husband a I are foreigners, we got married in denmark around 3 years now, and wish to get divorce, because we drive each other crazy.
after apply through the government way, we got the answer that we are both dont have permanent residence permit in Denmark, so we can not get married. But we didnt register in our home country, can we still get divorce here in Denmark?
our case for divorce is handing to court now, should we prepare for anything ?
thank you all very much.

Re: both foreigners divorce in Denmark
One does not need permanent residence in order to marry in Denmark, as you must know since you DID get married. If one or both of you still live in Denmark, you can divorce in Denmark.
