Of course you can do the interview in Sweden, it's no problem. In fact as you have applied under EU laws, you can also go to Skatteverket to be registered and have all rights in Sweden already as a resident. So you can also work or study as you please.

Patience will be your best friend. A lawyer will hardly do any difference.

Your family and friends from Denmark will have to travel to Sweden to visit you in the meanwhile.
