tak, i read it several times but it doesn't say anything specific about the salary or working hours. We called stats again and this time they didn't specify with the salary but said they will check my working hours, however i don't have my working hours specified in the contract since I have different hours every week (but more than 50 hours per month)... so the question is, how can I prove my working ours?
sorry for many similar questions throughout this topic, but it's just confusing when they are giving different answers everytime we contact stats

Somewhere there must be an indication of what your salary is per hour. OR you must be getting pay slips, where the hours you worked are stated. Your employer needs to keep a record of that.
