One room rental student apartment in northern central Malmö (Sallerupsvägen, 5) to trade for any apartment in Copenhagen city. The real estate company dont do check ups and it doesnt matter if youre a student or not.
The apartment got wholly renovated 2004 so its fresh. It has a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
It lays in a apartment complex very close access to 07-23 supermarket, shopping center, movie theatre, bus transfers, restaurants and cafés with 10 minutes away from the central station.
The rent is 3366:- SEK a month which includes heat, water and electricity.
There is also access to garage parking space, cable tv, 10-1000 mbit internet in the wall if you wish with additional cost.
The nieghbors are very calm.
I dont have too much of a preference other than that Im looking for an apartment in Copenhagen between 1-4 rooms with a maximum of 12000:- a month in rent.
