The apartment got wholly renovated 2004 so its fresh. It has a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
It lays in a apartment complex very close access to 07-23 supermarket, shopping center, movie theatre, bus transfers, restaurants and cafés with 10 minutes away from the central station.
The rent is 3366:- SEK a month which includes heat, water and electricity.
There is also access to garage parking space, cable tv, 10-1000 mbit internet in the wall if you wish with additional cost.
The nieghbors are very calm.
I dont have too much of a preference other than that Im looking for an apartment in Copenhagen between 1-4 rooms with a maximum of 12000:- a month in rent.
