If i do not co sign, what are the steps for her to try to process the divorce?? Also lets say, we are not living together, can she report me and revoke my permit immediately? or will she have to wait until the divorce goes through court? I mean, she knows she has been doing fraud since she kicked me...

She is scared of doing that, due to being caught. And now she wants to file divorce immediately.

I don't know what to do. I am just looking to extend the possibility of revoked permit, until I finish my studies.
