Re: Problems with application processing
Could they reject us based on me getting accepted into university? Like use it as proof that we had pre-planed to move back to DK and therefore reject us based on that fact?

THe application says that it must be handed in when the danish national has moved to Denmark, or shortly after, so how do apply while we are living in Sweden?

Re: 4 months...
Regarding my acceptance to Copenhagen University... should we include that? I am afraid that they will say that we pre-planned our move back to denmark. I had applied to Lund university in Sweden and got on the waiting list, so I had applied to Copenhagen and got accepted for a masters program that ...

Re: 4 months...
Another question...should we include all receipts for transactions while in Sweden or does that imply that we had plans to move back ( since we saved all the receipts from money we spent while living here in Sweden)

My husband and I have been living in malmo since Christmas time. We have decided to move back to Denmark since I did not get into graduate school in Sweden and its closer to his work. I was wondering if 4-5 months living in malmo is good enough ? This is what we have : 1 year lease contract (expires...

Address in dk
From my understanding you have to "move" back to Denmark when applying through EU law ? My husband and I would rather stay in Sweden while we wait for a reply from DK. We can use his parents address if necessary;however, how does this work if we get rejected ? Do we need to stay in Sweden for anothe...

Re: American staying in DK w/ GF
The Swedish solution is really a good option. My boyfriend (now husband) and I moved here in January and got my residence permit in 3 weeks. I am also an American who studied in Copenhagen ( I have a BA in Biology) and found out that there are limited options available VISA speaking. We are also a y...

Tuition Payments
Hey, If we move back to Denmark under the EU rules and I obtain a 5 year residence card does this make me exempt from paying tuition at the University of Cph (I am an NON-EU citizen)? Is there any problem if my husband is a Dane in relation to being exempt from tuition? The university has stated tha...
