Hi, Can you please tell definition of 'full time work' according to new rules? How many ECTs will be equivalent to one year work? I am issued Green Card under the current rules of Permanent Residence (4 year etc). I understand if new rule apporves, i will also apply PR under new rule (5 years etc) A...
