I am agreed with you! but why they did early these two cases. these two guys are my close friends and they applied in feb 2012 and got permanent residence in june. I think may be new cases they are processing fast.

Regarding the application time its very hard to estimate the time. I know two guys who got their decision in 3 months. I think it depends upon case worker and what you submitted with the application.
