Anyone here tried to move back in Denmark after staying in Sweden for at least 1 month under EU rules? Is it risky to move back that early? And if you applied under EU rules, can you wait the approval in Denmark or you have to stay in Sweden? Thanks!

Thank you for your replies. One more thing: so if we get married in DK and move to Sweden and I have tourist visa. Is it allowed to move to Sweden and apply under EU rules and just wait the results in Sweden if I have tourist visa in DK?
