Yeah there is no people's registry in the USA. Social security does not come with an address either. I guess a rental agreement with our names and bank statement maybe is what I'm thinking? I just wonder how aggressively they will investigate I understand immigration is a big a deal these days even ...

k got it, so what is needed to accompany the application to prove the cohabitation do you know? will a signed affidavit work?

okay, so we have been cohabitating at the same address for the last little while 12 months + but i have gone back to canada once by myself and also once with her so will that make a difference or just that is information that wont have any affect on the process?

1) I am canadian and 2) she is working back in the USA so it was understood that she would arrive at a later date.. all the CPR and immigration stuff was not handled by me i just got my tax card accepted today so probably wont get that for 3 weeks the email said. also the team is paying for her flig...
