Does it benefit to make a divorce and that i want to live here with my babies only?

Hi. Iam in denmark illegally from about ayear ago. I have a child and pregnant now. My husband and my baby have the danish nationality. I have applied for family reunification from about 4 years and got refused because we are relatives ( cousins) what should i do now?
