After Divorce, can i remarry a non EU citizen for them to be granted residence in Denmark?

Hello I am a non EU citizen and married to an EU citizen.I have Danish EU residence for 5yrs. If I divorce can i remarry and can my spouse who is non EU citizen be granted residence under family reunification.

hi

i do not know where you got answer from same question..but i write short but very helpful information for you...
you must wait minimum 3 years before divorce..and second for your non EU spouse answer no...it very hard and complicated rules really hard you need to wait 5 year for your pr if you got then further you need to wait minimum 3 years then you can apply your non eu spouse visa and need to fullfil other requrements..
