To whom it may concern,

I am kindly asking for help about our upcoming FR application.
I am a holder of Permanent Visa and it will turn three years by November 2018.
My husband is from Philippines and having a tourist visa presently.
Can we apply FR before November? Or shall we wait until November?

if he can stay til november her so better apply that time ..but if he can not stay her til november so in my idea you can apply and try as last days for turist visa limitation(expire) normally they take more than 10 months for application processing and your husband need to give biometrics within 14days so try to go for it in last day..
