Spouse visa!

Indlæg af Emiljano » 07.07.2018 16:03:13

Hello!

I have posted here previously about two separate matters and I think I have yet a last bit to understand regarding the spouse visa after getting married.
I would like to know if someone can tell with certainty that this rule - https://media.discordapp.net/attachment ... 0/Visa.jpg - can be waived in my situation, when my wife to be has 2 minor children (10 and 12yo) who have never left Denmark and their attachment to Denmark is as big as it gets, and whom I am very much attached to. One of them stays with my girlfriends ex-husband every other week. So, is the rule of the self-support definitely waived here, or is it a matter of "maybe"?

Thanks in advance!

As a lawyer, I will not use the word 'definitely', but will say it is highly likely that your wife to be's children will be the key to waiving of the majority of the requirements, including self-support.

Would the collateral deposit also be one of the requirements to be potentially suspended on the same basis?
I appreciate the help!
