Hi
I am an Asian citizen who is in registered relationship with a German citizen, living in Denmark. I was here on a study visa from 2008 and I met my partner in Denmark on the same year. We got registered partners in Germany in 2010 and apply registered paper in Denmark. I got a temporary residence permit for 5 years under EU rules.
In September 2015, a permanent residence permit was issued for 10 years. (Residence card for family members of an EU citizen.)
I have been working here since 2009 and got full time job since Nov. 2015 til today. I have not done any criminal activities and never took the money from the state ( unemployment benefit).
Me and my partner decide to get divorce. I have changed my address from my partner's address since August 2017 because I bought an apartment.
Here are my questions:-
1) What will happen to me if I get divorce?
2) what kind of Visa will I get from Denmark? Do I get Permanent Resident from Denmark?
3) If i get divorce, will Denmark send me back to my own country?
Regards
What will be the consequences?
Re: What will be the consequences?
Since Sep. 2015 you already have a permanent residence card, hence there is no need to worry.

Re: What will be the consequences?
Thanks for a quick reply.
1. But Im still wondering, can I keep my EU unlimited permanent permission to stay in DK, or will it after a divorce be changed to a permanent unlimited Danish permission?
2. On my permanent card ( opholdskort for familiemedlem til en unionborger), does this mean Im under EU family reunification? If yes, does it have any impact on me when Im getting a divorce, for my stay in Denmark?
The reasons for my questions is that it's important for me that I can stay in DK continuosly and under no circumstances has to return to my country and apply again from there.
Regards

Re: What will be the consequences?
Once a permanent residence card has been issued it is permanent as long as you remain in Denmark and cannot be revoked.

Re: What will be the consequences?
Thank you so much for the information.
Now I am on the divorce process already.
When the divorce is approved, I am marrying to a dane citizen. We are living in different adresses.
1. Does it have any influence to get married even we continue to live separate after marriage?
2. When I marry to a dane, what will be my status? will it effect on my recent EU Permanent Resident card? Or can I live with the same permission with no changes?

1. No
2. Your status and permanent residence card will be unaffected.
