My Case is about speed ticket to a Polish citizen by driving my Car.
I live in DK, i have a Car and driving license both registered in Denmark.
About 1.5 weeks ago a friend's friend visited me from Poland for 3 days for his work.
I know it's the stupidest thing to do but i borrowed him my car. After couple of days I received speeding bill for 5500kr via e-Boks .
He refused to pay whole amount because apparently ''he didn't knew the rule'' and i don't have his address for Poland but just his name & surname.
--- I have received my permanent residence in Dk last year, Do you think Politi will revoke my Permanent residency since speeding is also a sought of crime.?
--- I will still try to insist the guy to pay, If he doesn't what shall be the circumstances, will i have to pay everything.? and will it affect my driving license.?
