EU and Non EU unmarried couple residence card

Hello,
Can somebody please give me a tip/advice on how I should bring my non-eu partner (4 years together) in Aarhus with me as a cohabiting partner (not married)..
I am eu and I have a job and we fill all conditions except we haven't lived together for 18+ months. I have joint bank accounts, holiday bookings, statements from friends...
Is there any cohabiting agreement which we can make and it will serve legally as a marriage so that my girlfriend can get a residence card?
Any advice will be extremely helpful.

No, you can only prove cohabitation by actually living together somewhere previously for at least 12 months. Alternative is to get married.
