I have started my masters in DTU feb 2015. I am taking su lån from march this year.I have to apply PR in june. Is there any problem with su lån to apply for PR? do we need to pay back before we apply for PR? or pay back according to normal rules?

There is no problem in having a loan. You just need to pay it back according to schedule.

One more question, i will fulfill 5 yrs rule by june 11. Almost 4 yrs on greencard and 1 yr on familiesammenførning.when i apply for PR i should use tu1 right? If i apply through nemid then when should i submit my documents like payslips, current study information?

Yes you should use the form, which correspond to your current residence permit. This is because a fundamental requirement is, that the residence permit can be extended. If it can not be extended, eg. because you are no longer living together with your spouse, then it can of course also not be made permanent.

You are only supposed to send payroll slips and so on, if they ask for it. In the application itself you are the one to count, how many month you have worked or studied, and you sign this being responsible to the law. That is you can - at least in theory - be punished, if the information, you provide, is deliberately wrong.

As for your work, they will then check in the income register at Skat to see, if your information seem reasonable. And if something does not add up or make sence, THEN you will be asked to provide documentation in the form for payroll slips and so on.

This procedure is to save time for both the applicants and the staff at Udlændingestyrelsen. We are talking about a period of 5 years here, so to print out payroll slips for that entire time period, and for them to scan all the papers to their digital files, would be very time consuming.

Thanks for reply. I have a situation where i worked for a company 20 months mostly as part timer with part time contract. But some months i worked more than 120 hrs which is full time numbers. So how to count them? As part time or full time?

And also by june 2015 i will finish 30 ECTs in university, so do they count it as 6 months works? Or atleast from february to june its 5 months.what do you think about it?
